Hiring 2 Positions: Lead Carpenter and Carpenter

Lead carpenters must be able to organize and efficiently get tasks done with a skill level of a master craftsman with an eye for detail required in high-end home building. This position will be given direction by the project manager and will drive the work being done by the other carpenters.

All candidates will need to be able to perform all aspects of carpentry, including framing, installing windows and doors, interior trim, cabinet installation, and building decks with excellent fit and finish.

Both candidates must be able to work well as a team, be interested in honing their craft, and complete each task efficiently and with intention. Most projects are in the Richland/Kalamazoo area. Our typical work week is Mon. - Thurs. 7:00 am - 5:30 pm with some occasional Fridays depending on workload/schedule. That’s right, a four-day work week!
