We start out by listening to your ideas and understanding your vision. Once an assessment of the project is developed, a Feasibility Estimate is assembled for your review. Acceptance of the budget range and the Project Development Agreement (PDA) initiates the creation of the design team, either our in-house design staff or an independent architect. The PDA also includes services for working with governing bodies, development of material specifications, and a detailed estimate.

Design options and material selections are reviewed throughout the project development, as well as budget and schedule considerations. We keep the design process of your custom home or remodel simple, easy and collaborative.

Upon acceptance of the design, specifications, and estimate assembled from the detailed information provided by our trusted vendors and trade contractors, we go to work. Building the home or renovation of your dreams.
